Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Jacksonville (FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST) seeks a Continuous Process Improvement Specialist in the MRO Production Dept to improve manufacturing processes and drive efficient execution.

You will oversee CI projects, identify improvement opportunities, and provide status briefs to internal and external customers and management. You will define metrics and ensure changes yield measurable benefits for the organization.

• You will oversee continuous process improvement projects to ensure successful execution and implementation.
• You will Identify areas requiring improvement and develop recommendations for improvement to the process and procedures.
• You will provide project status reports as required which may include briefings to internal and external customers as well as all levels of management.
• You will assure the appropriate customers are identified, the customer’s requirement are well defined, and the problem is also defined in term of a metric that accurately reflects the results of a positive change.
