Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks a manufacturing CI support role to drive HMS program improvements and lead Kaizen events. The person will train associates on PSQDC and HMS methodologies, perform audits, and generate sustainment reports in collaboration with the CI Manager.

Job Overview

A Day In The Life
  • Act as a driver to sustain Tier Management performance, audits & report findings to the CI Manager.
  • Capacitate others in the basic HMS & Kaizen methodology.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in a daily basis.
  • Lead Kaizen Events as required.
  • Criteria standardization and training of 5'S knowledge.
  • Conduct any requirement needed by CI department to sustain gains as well as all productivity, cost, quality and safety to assure the Best Practices for the organization.
  • Daily follow up on operations takt time in areas where kaizen has been implemented using actual production rate
  • Follow up one piece flow, pull systems functions and keep the CI Department informed
  • Utilize Kaizen methodology knowledge to continue improving areas and processes that have been or not.
  • Performs other related duties required by the Supervisor.
