Job Description Summary

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and self-service usage of HR systems (such as ServiceNow and Workday) and processes within our organization. This role involves monitoring the usage and adoption of these platforms, performing data assessments, and recommending enhancements to continuously improve the quality of our services and efficiency. The specialist will serve as a consultant to the broader Global People Experience & Services teams, providing guidance on best practices and implementing an employee experience strategy that aligns with our organization's values, culture, and objectives.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and analyze the usage and adoption of HR systems (ServiceNow, Workday) and processes.
  • Perform data assessments and recommend enhancements to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as a consultant to the Global People Experience & Services teams in areas of continuous improvement, project management, and change management.
  • Contribute guidance on best practices and implement an employee experience strategy that aligns with organizational values, culture, and objectives.
  • Partner with HR leaders and CoEs to design and implement employee engagement programs that enhance satisfaction, retention, and commitment.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Gather employee feedback and insights, use data-driven decision-making, and adopt an agile approach to continuously improve employee experience, increase adoption, and empower employees to self-service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive self-service adoption and user engagement for HR tools and processes.
  • Provide training and support to employees to enhance their ability to use HR systems effectively and independently.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in relevant field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a similar role; working with HCM, Product Ownership, ServiceNow product, Agile framework experience
  • English language upper intermediate
  • Knowledge of any other language is an advantage
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, project management, and change management.
