Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• CI coursework or certification a plus.
• 5+ years of CI experience in essential functions.
• Demonstrated ability employing lean principles with a team.
• Intermediate PowerPoint and Visio skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and/or facilitate Kaizens, Continuous Improvement, KATA, and Change Management events.
• Lead and/or facilitate portions of Hoshin Kanri workshops with CI leadership.
• Identify improvements to products, equipment, facilities, services, standard work, and procedures.
• Develop content specifications for CI courses with stakeholders.
• Capture discussion points and move-forward agreements among participants.
• Facilitate Lessons Learned to apply course material improvements.
