Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Grand Rapids, MI offers a 12-week paid Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship for students in Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain programs. • Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines
• Develop technical expertise as needed for functional area

• Apply functional academic knowledge and skills to the specific internship position with a professional approach
• Collaborates with members of their designated team and builds relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company

• Hourly Pay Rate: $23
• Targeted Graduation Date: Between December 2027 - May 2028
• Additional Details: Candidates must be available to start the Summer internship at the end of May 2027.

The Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship offers a hands‑on, full‑time opportunity for current students pursuing degrees in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. This 12‑week paid internship will take place at our Coca-Cola Production Center in Grand Rapids, MI during Summer 2027. Interns will support our “Operations Excellence” initiatives, managing projects aimed at enhancing the plant's operational performance through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Interns gain valuable experience by working closely with leaders within the manufacturing plant and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing operations management after graduation.
