Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct Procore experience, demonstrating superuser-level proficiency.
- Procore Admin Certification is required
- Proven track record in creating, managing, and optimizing custom workflows within Procore.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Procore’s functionalities and configuration options.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Training & Communication:
- Exceptional interpersonal and training skills, capable of delivering clear, effective guidance both in group settings and one-on-one.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Overview:
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and boost productivity through best practices and process optimization. This individual will champion a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering impactful training, and guiding the organization in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Procore System Management:
- Act as the primary administrator for the Procore platform, ensuring optimal configuration, functionality, and system performance.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve workflows that support project efficiency and data integrity.
- Manage key job setup processes, including creation of prime contracts, user and company contacts, and directory setup.
Workflow Development:
- Develop, test, and maintain custom workflows tailored to the operational needs for the business.
- Partner with internal departments to identify inefficiencies and implement effective workflow solutions.
Company & Project Reports:
- Collaborate with departments to define and develop actionable reports that support budget management, schedule adherence, and platform compliance.
- Build and refine company- and project-specific reports to drive performance visibility and strategic decision-making.
Training and Support:
- Provide comprehensive initial training to new users and ongoing support to project teams, ensuring they maximize the platform’s potential.
- Offer one-on-one support sessions to address specific queries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize individual user experiences.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Deliver thorough onboarding and role-specific training to new users to ensure successful platform adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and one-on-one guidance to users, addressing technical issues and improving individual platform utilization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business groups and team members to align Procore’s capabilities with broader organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Procore and other integrated business systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor system performance and user engagement to identify improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements or upgrades.
- Stay current with Procore updates, industry best practices, and new features to proactively improve platform capabilities.
