Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a role focused on continuous improvement or operational excellence
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve challenging goals
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean, TPS and Toyota Way, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
