Creation Technologies in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement leader to drive and sustain manufacturing CI initiatives. You will align Lean/Six Sigma programs with business goals, coach teams, and advance standardization across locations.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing operations with at least 3 years in CI leadership and a proven track record deploying Lean/Six Sigma with measurable impact. On-site with potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the site’s CI roadmap aligned with business objectives and CI strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional CI initiatives to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and safety.
  • Coach site leaders and frontline employees to build CI capability and problem-solving culture.
  • Analyze Lean Maturity Assessment results and implement targeted actions.
  • Oversee CI project pipeline, resources, and progress tracking to sustain outcomes.
  • Partner with Site GM to integrate CI into annual planning and daily management.

This role supports Creation Technologies’ Continuous Improvement strategy by leading and sustaining improvementactivities that enhance operational performance and engage employees at all levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage the site’s CI roadmap aligned with business objectives and regional/global CI strategy toensure priorities drive meaningful operational improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other methodologies to improve productivity,quality, delivery, and safety performance.
  • Coach and mentor site leaders, CI practitioners, and frontline employees to build CI capability and strengthenproblem-solving culture.
  • Analyze Lean Maturity Assessment (LMA) results, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvement actions toadvance site maturity and standardization.
  • Oversee CI project pipeline, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely execution and sustainedoutcomes.
  • Partner with the Site GM and leadership team to integrate CI into annual business planning and dailymanagement systems to support long-term operational excellence.
  • Communicate CI progress and results to site, regional, and global stakeholders to share insights, promotealignment, and highlight impacts.
  • Collaborate with regional/global CI networks to share best practices and adopt standardized tools to ensureconsistent deployment across locations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
Experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Minimum 3 years in CI leadership roles.
  • Proven experience deploying Lean/Six Sigma with measurable business impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale change initiatives.
Skills Required
  • Mastery of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving.
  • Strong facilitation and workshop design skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable CI plans and roadmaps.
  • Proficiency with data analytics, performance metrics, and CI digital tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and drive accountability.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and integration points relevant to operational performance

Working Conditions
This position typically works on-site but may be a hybrid with approval. The working environment is generally clean; however, thisposition may be exposed to occasional dust, metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines orphysical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipativeprotection where required. Otherwise, office/business casual attire, consistent with site specific safety guidelines is appropriate.
