Constellium Ravenswood Plant in West Virginia seeks a CI Leader to guide and support the Ravenswood Team in identifying high‑value CI projects, selecting participants, and coordinating CI training. The role also supports management and leaders in CI responsibilities and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
The CI Leader will coordinate across projects, facilitate training, and help implement the CI Roadmap, driving waste elimination and performance improvements.

The position of CI Leader is responsible for leading and supporting the Ravenswood Team in identification of CI projects with the greatest value, selection of the participants for CI projects, and coordination of CI training. This position is also responsible for supporting the management, facilitation, coordination, and execution of the site's CI initiatives. The CI Leader will support and coach Departmental Leadership Teams, Project Sponsors, Project Leaders and other Leaders in regard to their roles in CI.
Coordination across all projects is critical, including regular review meetings and reports to Management. The CI Leader is expected to support the CI Manager in development and execution of CI activities and implementation for the Ravenswood facility. The CI Leader supports major CI related projects affecting the whole facility (i.e. Plant-Wide) & can be expected to facilitate/lead projects in any area/department.
