O'Neal Industries in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive process optimization across functions. You will identify bottlenecks, lead Kaizen events with cross-functional teams, and design solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and service.
The role requires hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision making. You will develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, build dashboards in Power BI, and mentor staff while traveling 10–15% to support initiatives.
