Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven use of Kaizen, Leader Standard Work and Standard Work.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management with attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and data collection/interpretation.
• Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects at Plant 81 in Dalton, GA.
• Coach and mentor CI resources on site.
• Facilitate kaizen events and project deliverables.
• Investigate and apply new technologies to promote CI behaviors and efficiency.
• Document activities and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
