Job summary

Philips is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to plan and execute productivity improvements across the end-to-end value chain, with a primary focus on ISC functions. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize processes, and support standardized procedures with strong change management.

The role requires 4+ years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain, and a Bachelor’s Degree or vocational equivalent.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute productivity improvements across the end-to-end value chain with focus around ISC functions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities by optimizing processes and streamlining workflows.
  • Partner with site leadership to implement improvement plans, new capabilities and standardized procedures.
  • Apply Operational Excellence methods to improve performance in assigned areas.
  • Assess Operational Excellence maturity and support Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects.
  • Maintain clear process and system documentation.

Partner with site leadership to implement improvement plans, new capabilities, and standardized procedures with effective change management support using lean methodologies and tools. Apply Operational Excellence methods and tools to improve performance within assigned operational areas. Assess Operational Excellence maturity, support Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects, and maintain clear process and system documentation. You're the right fit if: You've acquired 4+ years of technical experience in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent with Vocational Education. You have a Bachelor's Degree / Vocational Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in PA is $70,000 to $111,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
