Job summary

Jack Link’s Protein Snacks is seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern for Summer 2027 in New Glarus, WI. You will support the implementation of the Jack Link’s Continuous Improvement Process, assist plant leadership with KPI tracking, Kaizen events, and root-cause problem solving, and help build a data-driven culture.

The role requires Six Sigma/Lean knowledge, SPC and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma/Lean knowledge required.
• Statistical process control, root-cause analysis, and/or analytical methods experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field; related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level change agent for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor plant targets and KPIs with leadership.
• Establish action plans and follow-up meetings to advance improvements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and drive JLPS program improvements.
• Own root cause problem solving and train others on its use.
• Assist in cost savings tracking per corporate process.
• Travel may be required.
