As an end-to-end responsive space company, Firefly Aerospace is on a mission to enable our world to launch, land, and operate in space – anywhere, anytime. Our small- to medium-lift launch vehicles, lunar landers, and orbital vehicles allow us to service the entire lifecycle of government and commercial missions from low Earth orbit to the Moon and beyond. SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the company’s continuous improvement goals and initiatives. Acts as a central resource for continuous improvement, assists with day-to-day production support and projects. Responsible for managing all activities for a continuous improvement philosophy, productivity, and implementation. A technical background combined with product/leadership skills is needed. This position will interact with all areas of the business, including but not limited to: engineering, marketing/sales, operations, quality assurance, documentation, training, and supply chain.
