Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. (USA) is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. The successful candidate will coordinate training on World Class Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs, lead Kaizen events, and drive process improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification are preferred. We offer a competitive compensation package in a pleasant work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in defining and solving problems using quality tools.
• Electrical/Mechanical/Technical background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Lead Kaizen events and WMS Office projects.
• Facilitate training on WMS Office and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Skills

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Education
