  • Support the CI-A3 Mission and Vision. Communicate it to all company personnel by the use of both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Conduct in house training and presentations on Lean principles, CI-A3 events and onboarding sessions.
  • Will build presentations of various natures using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Viso, and Power Point.
  • Will serve as a coach and facilitator for both Lean Events and for the onboarding process.
  • Identify opportunities for Improvement Projects and communicate to Lean Engineer/ CI Manager.
  • Will be heavily involved in the onboarding process and assist in developing and Improving the curriculum.
  • Monitor and record results from CIA3 events. Maintain the databases that support those measurements.
  • Conduct follow up meetings to assist supervisors sustain the CI improvements.
  • Conflict resolution skills will be necessary to drive to “win-win” solutions in difficult situations and get by- in from the Team Members.
  • Positively represent the company during outside events and during the onboarding process.
  • All other duties as assigned.

A Day In The Life

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Ability to sit and/or stand and perform repetitive work for a minimum of eight hours.
  • Ability to walk, hear, see, and have full use of both hands.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist high and waist to floor.
  • Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs. continuously.
  • These physical requirements are generalities and work may occasionally exceed the specified levels.
