Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Operational Excellence or Quality within a regulated industry.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, huddles, and meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.
• Experience with process documentation and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and executing activities related to the operational excellence model, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and world-class standards.
• Develop, organize, and implement training programs on operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate and continuously improve operational excellence systems and tools.
• Maintain scorecards, pulse checks, and visual management systems to measure behavior adoption and track engagement results.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for internal events, including group training sessions, meetings, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with system leaders to plan, develop, execute, and document activities associated with the Strategic Alignment System.
• Help site managers promote behaviors and mindsets aligned with operational excellence through visual management and site-wide engagement activities.
