A rehabilitation center in New York is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support clients. The Meadowglade runs 24 hours 365 days a year. In this position you will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2:30pm to 11pm. This is an hourly position starting at $21 per hour.
To be a good fit for the Guest Service Specialist position, you will have:
Reporting to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor, you will provide a high level of customer service to adults (clients) living on the property, ensuring they have what they need while following the lead of your supervisor and the requirements of the role. You will act professionally and appropriately in all of your client interactions, being friendly and helpful, but not a friend. You'll never directly correct clients, but will observe and report as required. You will perform a variety of tasks including housekeeping (e.g., dishes after meals, laundry, driving the van for shopping trips, transport, emergencies, etc.), and facilitating activities.
