A leading engineering firm in Louisiana is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to enhance quality and performance through strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Operations leadership team, the Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead initiatives that enhance quality, performance, and customer satisfaction while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
This role requires ownership of detailed planning and execution of improvement projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. The engineer will also serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals, manage risks, and deliver measurable results.
