Job Description: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will utilize clinical expertise to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for patients. Your critical thinking will support improved patient outcomes and healthcare delivery. Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications Evaluate patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatments Monitor vital signs to identify abnormalities in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature Conduct routine assessments to monitor overall health and well-being Manage patient access to healthcare resources, medication administration, and disease management Perform medication reviews to identify side effects and interactions Document patient medical history using electronic health records
Critical Information: Remote / On-site / Hybrid: Onsite as needed Shift/hours: FT clinic hours, includes every other weekend Compliance/submission notes: Safety sensitive position; require screenshot of LVN license and BLS certification, with expiration dates. Environment: Clinical, patient-facing role, organized and well-maintained clinic
Education/Licenses Needed: Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in the U.S. Verifyable High School Diploma or GED
