Engenix Inc. is seeking qualified AH-64D/E Instructor Pilots / Instrument Examiners to join the AH-64 New Equipment Training Team. The role involves providing training, training development, subject matter expertise, logistical support, and management of AH-64D/E training requirements.

The New Equipment Training Team (NETT) Instructors deliver training to U.S. Army units and allied customers on the operation of the AH-64D/E and related systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide training, development, and management of AH-64D/E training requirements.
  • Conduct flight training, lectures, discussions, practical exercises, and simulations on all aspects of the AH-64D/E.
  • Develop academic training and provide expertise for training development and devices.
  • Prepare, manage schedules, and conduct training per official plans and guidance.
  • Work independently using digital applications, telephonically, or virtually.
  • Primary work location is on-site at Ft. Novosel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience
  • 2,000 total rotor wing hours.
  • Graduate of a U.S Army DOTD approved AH-64E course (version 4 or 6).
  • Graduate of the AH-64 Instructor Pilot Course (500 IP hours).
  • Military Instrument Flight Examiner or CFII preferred.
  • High level of AH-64 knowledge and ability to research technical manuals.
  • Knowledge of AH-64 mission and weapons systems, and basic US Army doctrinal use.
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation, management, education, or training development, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
  • Minimum SECRET clearance.
  • FAA Class II flight physical.
  • FAA Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating with Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
  • U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain U.S. passport.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Availability for travel up to 50%, with surges to 75%.
  • Ability to manage logistics and lift equipment up to 60 lbs.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and courseware development.
  • Ability to work independently, organize, and produce quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Good teamwork and self-improvement motivation.
