We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Contents Technician to join our team. This position involves helping homeowners and businesses safely pack, inventory, transport, and handle personal belongings following property damage or emergency situations.

• Pack and carefully protect household contents into boxes and containers.
• Inventory and document contents accurately.
• Label and organize boxes and household items for storage or return.
• Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other contents.
• Safely operate and drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Assist with moving and handling furniture and other large or heavy items.

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers during stressful situations.
• Be available for on-call emergency services when needed.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a full-time, field-based position with a schedule that may vary depending on active projects, customer needs, and operational demands. Technicians may be required to participate in an on-call or after-hours rotation to support urgent service requests when needed. This role is hands-on and physically active, working in a variety of residential, commercial, or industrial environments. Technicians regularly use tools, equipment, and safety gear while following established procedures, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members, supervisors, and customers to complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.
