Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Restoration Technician to help families and businesses recover from fire, water, or smoke damage, returning properties to pre-loss condition. You will follow remediation procedures, use PPE, and handle contents with care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
• Wear respiratory PPE and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow remediation and restoration procedures for cleanup using appropriate equipment and PPE.
• Communicate with property owners with empathy for their loss.
• Photograph, identify, and inventory contents; wrap and label for transport.
• Unwrap, assess and clean contents; re-wrap and label cleaned items.
• Maintain inventory of processed contents and disposition.
• Communicate with customers and document daily logs.
• Inspect completed work and return restored property to customers.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
