Job summary

gpac is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee contents operations, including pack-outs and inventories, and to supervise crews on-site. You will ensure trucks are loaded properly, conduct on-site inspections, and manage supply estimates for each job.

The role emphasizes organized leadership, enforcing procedures, and minimizing losses while coordinating with insurance-related processes. Previous experience in contents restoration and driving a box truck are a plus.

What We're Looking For

• Familiarity with insurance claims, adjusters, and contents restoration is preferred.
• Prior experience in the role is preferred, but the hiring authority indicated that some aspects can be learned.
• Ability to drive a box truck is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary: $60,000-$75,000.
• Additional bonus potential tied to performance.
• Company Vehicle coming
• Potential bonus factors include:
• Keeping lost or damaged contents below a target percentage
• Improving job completion and overall performance.
• Generating revenue and helping close jobs, including organic leads.
