Job summary

1-800 Packouts of NW Philadelphia is hiring a Contents Packout Technician / Driver in Huntingdon Valley, PA. The role combines packing, inventorying, transporting and restoring customers’ belongings with care and professionalism.

No restoration experience is required as training and certifications are provided. You will drive company box trucks, maintain a clean driving record, and meet DOT qualification requirements while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to meet DOT driver qualification requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Willingness to learn, complete trainings, and pursue certifications.
• Experience in restoration, moving, contents handling, or inventory management is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack, inventory, label, and organize customers’ belongings.
• Safely drive company box trucks and vans between job sites and storage locations.
• Load, unload, and transport contents.
• Assist with cleaning and restoring items damaged by fire, smoke, or water.
• Maintain accurate documentation of items handled.
• Keep areas, vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow safety and vehicle procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Work with teammates and supervisors to complete assignments.
