About the role

Are you an enterprising and curious content writer with business acumen who can distill complex information clearly and concisely? The AWS 3PX Customer Experience, Communications, and Adoptions team is seeking a Content Writer to join the GDSP (Global Deal Strategy & Programs) Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX).

You will partner with content strategists, subject matter experts, and producers to create and maintain content that outlines guidelines, processes, and best practices. Your work will support the adoption and growth of the Private Pricing Program, benefiting internal teams and external partners and customers.

As a Content Writer, you will:

• Create, curate, and maintain enablement content for our Private Pricing initiatives
• Develop content for the AWS Private Pricing catalog to serve internal and external audiences
• Produce web content, job aids, and training materials outlining program models, processes, and best practices
• Quickly learn new concepts to produce accurate and insightful content
• Collaborate with internal experts for guidance and expertise
• Manage your projects and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in content writing within large organizations
• 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to improve content and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or advanced degree in English, Content Management, or related field
• Exceptional proofreading and content creation skills
• Experience with multimedia content (images, videos)
• Experience with content authoring tools
• Experience hosting live training sessions
