Job summary

Concurate is seeking a full-time Content Writer to join our SaaS-focused team. You’ll conduct thorough research, interview experts, and craft blogs and leadership pieces for C-suite audiences.

You’ll ghostwrite for prestige publications and use AI to amplify your writing. The role is remote with a thorough, multi-step hiring process: screening task, interview, a week-long live collaboration with Content Strategists, then HR.

Brief of the hiring process

You’ll start with a screening task. If you clear that, we will move to an interview. Crack the interview, and you’ll spend a week with us in a live-in, working alongside Content Strategists, so we can see how you think and work, and you can see if Concurate feels like home. Content Writer screening task

Step 1: Open Google in Incognito mode and search for the exact target (primary) keyword/query your article ranks for.

Step 2: Create a Loom video (with camera on, max time of 10 minutes; if your Loom allows only 5 minutes, you can record 2 Loom videos) to walk us through that article and explain:

1. What was the purpose of the article?
2. How did you approach writing it?
3. How does your piece achieve that purpose?
4. Did you handle the entire SEO process yourself? What did you do?
5. What specific factor do you think contributed most to the rankings?
6. What would you improve if you rewrite today?
7. Pick one section and explain why you wrote it that way.
