Job summary

FreeUp is seeking experienced bloggers with SEO/SEM and digital marketing knowledge to refresh our existing blog content and, for the right person, create new posts. You'll work from briefs and resources supplied, with a friendly, accessible tone.

This is a freelance, remote role with potential rate increases as we scale, and we value clear writing, thorough research, and the ability to deliver consistent, on-brand content.

Qualifications

• Experience writing on SEO or digital marketing topics.
• Ability to use briefs and resources to update blog content.
• Provide at least 3 writing samples (bylines not required if ghostwritten).

Responsibilities

• Update existing blog posts using provided briefs and resources.
• Possibly create new blog content as needed.
• Maintain a clear, accessible tone for technical topics.

What we need

We're looking for experienced bloggers familiar with topics around SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing subjects.

Our focus right now is on updating our site's existing blog content, and you will provided content briefs and resources to help you do this. For the right person or people, this role can expand into creating new content for our blog. Once we get to this point, we can discuss a rate increase.

Our style is informative yet friendly-- we try to make topics that can be perceived as more technical accessible to our readers.

Please have at least 3 samples of writing you've done about SEO or other digital marketing topics (bylines not necessary if you've ghostwritten).
