Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled video producer and photographer to support marketing campaigns across web, social, and live events. You will serve as the primary shooter on site, handling lighting, cameras, and audio in offices, trade shows, and conferences.

You will edit and color grade footage, deliver platform-ready content, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and a portfolio demonstrating storytelling

Qualifications

  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating video and photography work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Media Arts, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Professional production experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production, content creation, or multimedia production.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to travel up to 30 percent of the time during peak event season, including occasional weekend shoots.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US.
  • Able to commute to the Cerritos office Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Willing to complete a skills assignment if requested.

Responsibilities

  • Produce video and photo content for marketing campaigns, product launches, social channels, and live events.
  • Serve as the primary shooter on location, including in-office, live events, trade shows, and conventions.
  • Edit short-form and long-form content from rough cut through final delivery.
  • Produce finished edits with color correction, audio mixing, sound design, supers, lower thirds, captions, and transitions.
  • Format and export deliverables according to platform specifications.
  • Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with campaign objectives.

Job description

  • Produce video and photo content supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, social channels, and live events
  • Serve as the primary shooter on location, including in-office, live events, trade shows, and conventions
  • Capture high-quality video and photography for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and branded content
  • Shoot event and lifestyle stills showcasing InBody technology in clinical, fitness, and training environments
  • Set up lighting, operate cameras, and capture audio across varied environments
  • Edit short-form and long-form content from rough cut through final delivery
  • Produce finished edits with color correction, audio mixing, sound design, supers, lower thirds, captions, and transitions
  • Format and export deliverables according to platform specifications
  • Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with campaign objectives
  • Translate marketing objectives into engaging visual stories
  • Brainstorm content ideas with Marketing and contribute to production planning and post-production reviews
  • Create platform-appropriate content for web, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
  • Apply platform specifications, publishing requirements, and content best practices
  • Ensure content is polished and consistent with InBody brand guidelines
  • Maintain technical excellence and creative consistency across deliverables
  • Own project quality and on-time completion
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign objectives, asset needs, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with Sales, E-Commerce, and Product teams as needed
  • Organize media, maintain file structures, and archive completed projects
  • Uphold digital asset management standards so assets remain findable and reusable
  • Prepare gear for travel and on-site shoots
  • Report to the Marketing Operations Manager
Requirements
  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating both video and photography work, submitted as a PDF of work samples or a link to an online portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Film/Video Production, Media Arts, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Professional production experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis
  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production, content creation, or multimedia production
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing or moving around spaces for extended periods of time
  • Availability to travel up to 30 percent of the time or more during peak event season, including occasional weekend shoots, as needed
  • Demonstrated lighting skill on location, including portable kit setups and working with mixed or available light
  • Ability to shoot with post in mind, protecting exposure and color for the grade, and to correct and match footage when conditions cannot be controlled on location
  • Demonstrated event and lifestyle photography experience, including retouching for digital use
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Experience with collaborative production platforms such as Asana, Frame.io, and Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for content creation, editing, and workflow efficiency
  • Strong visual storytelling, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills across multiple teams
  • Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animated graphics and motion design beyond standard titling (bonus)
  • Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or comparable color grading tools (bonus)
  • Experience producing content in the health, wellness, or fitness sectors (bonus)
  • Experience capturing content at live events, competitions, or trade shows (bonus)
  • Drone or specialty camera experience (bonus)
  • Comfortable shifting between independent production work and collaborative campaign work (bonus)
  • Willingness to continue learning new production techniques, creative trends, and emerging technologies (bonus)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • Able to commute to the Cerritos office Tuesday and Thursday
  • Able to complete a recorded video interview through WedgeHR
  • Willing to complete a skills assignment if requested
