Job summary

SERVPRO Team Doyle in Allentown, PA is seeking a full-time Contents Technician to join our crew. You will perform contents cleaning, packing, and pack-back, carefully handling items while maintaining inventory and workflow under supervision.

We offer an hourly wage of $20.00–$23.00 (experience-based) plus a $1,200 sign-on bonus, and benefits including paid time off, life insurance, health plans, 401K matching, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

Position Description:

We are seeking a full-time Contents Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing contents cleaning, folding and packing along with the pack back. The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning, sorting, and handling valuable objects. Along with inventory management & great attention to detail.

Location: Allentown, PA

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 / hour (based on experience) + $1,200 Sign-On Bonus!

What You’ll Do:

• Pack-Out: Carefully inventory, wrap, and pack up customers' personal belongings to transport them safely to our facility.
• Restoration: Use our state-of-the‑art industrial cleaning and washing systems to restore soft goods, clothes, and cherished items back to pre-loss condition.
• Organize & Protect: Keep our warehouse and processing areas clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Pack-Back: Safely deliver and set up restored items back in the customer’s home, bringing a sense of normalcy back to their lives.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work hand-in-hand with your crew supervisor and fellow technicians to get the job done right.
