Job summary

WorkGenius Group in New York, NY, is seeking a Content Strategy & Production Manager to lead end-to-end beauty content production, from pre-production through final delivery. This six-month role focuses on high-volume projects, on-set supervision, and creative oversight of makeup, lighting, and product presentation.

You will coordinate retouching, approvals, and asset delivery across concurrent projects, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate AI tools for content enhancement and visualization.

Qualifications

• Experience in content production, creative agencies, or brand-side beauty production.
• Strong knowledge of makeup application, beauty products, and formula textures.
• Proven ability to manage production from concept through final delivery, including high-volume concurrent projects.
• Highly organized project manager with strong problem-solving, communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Comfortable leading production sets and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners; interest in or experience with AI content tools.
