Job summary

Legatus, based in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Content / Executive Producer of the Eleven Talents Podcast. The role leads a content strategy across podcast, app, blog, email, social media, and print, while editing and writing high-impact materials.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of digital content creation, marketing, or communications in mission-driven settings.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, on-brand and compelling.
• Familiarity with Monday, HubSpot, Canva, and major social platforms.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a small team.
• Strong alignment with Catholic mission and Legatus values.
• Webinar hosting experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills and nonprofit marketing understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across podcast, Legatus Connect app, blog, email, social media, and print magazine.
• Write and edit content for all platforms.
• Oversee content creation for national events including the Summit and pilgrimages.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and member engagement content.
• Manage the editorial and content calendar with the Director of Marketing.
• Create content with strategic partners; assist in marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Support growth efforts and outreach to pastors, parishes, and dioceses.
