Vladimir Jones in Colorado Springs is seeking a Content Strategist who can turn brand strategy into content systems across channels. You’ll work between Insight & Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams to translate positioning into architecture, editorial plans, and channel playbooks.

You’ll build content calendars, conduct audits, shape copy, define KPIs with Analytics, and apply SEO and AI considerations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in content strategy, content marketing, editorial, digital strategy, or related field; agency experience preferred.
• A portfolio showing strategic thinking with frameworks, plans, audits and results.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across formats and voices.
• Experience with CMS platforms, social listening and content/project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines while delivering quality work.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build content strategies from briefs into content pillars, audience journeys, and channel roles for each client.
• Own editorial planning and manage calendars across owned, earned, and social channels.
• Audit content, conduct competitive reviews, and produce clear recommendations.
• Write and shape content for web, social, email, blog, and long-form; guide writers and designers.
• Define KPIs and partner with Analytics on measurement; report on what's working and what to change.
• Lead SEO and AI-informed content concepts to improve discoverability.
• Develop brand voice guidelines and governance for client teams.
• Present strategies and results clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
