About This Position

Join a dynamic Talent Solutions team supporting self-serve digital customer onboarding and product updates through the WalkMe platform. In this role, you’ll create and manage in-product guidance content that enhances the user experience while aligning with brand standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams while contributing to an evolving, customer-first digital program.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, create, edit, and publish in-product content for WalkMe.
• Test content usability and functionality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and WalkMe support.
• Maintain and update content throughout its lifecycle.
• Gather requirements and align deliverables with internal teams and program timelines.
• Track and report key performance metrics while identifying opportunities for improvements.
  
  

Job Skills/Requirements

• 3+ years of content strategy, content writing, or instructional design experience.
• Experience working with WalkMe or a similar program.
• Strong writing, editing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage projects independently, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with storyboarding or visual content planning techniques is a plus.
• Experience with Github is a bonus.
  
  

Pay Range: $45.00 - $50/hr
