Job Title: Content Specialist

Location: Remote (Must reside in Texas near a major airport)

What you’ll do:

The Math-focused Content Specialist is responsible for delivering customized pre-sales presentations in collaboration with sales partners. This role requires a strong background in content and pedagogy, with ongoing growth in these areas. Responsibilities include presentation planning and engaging in conversations with customers to gather information for content-connected solutions. Additionally, Content Specialists support:

• Pre-sales content work supporting Marketing, Product Management & Strategy, Ed Platform Development, etc.
• Getting Started Assignments for Back to School
• Subject matter expertise work as assigned by leadership

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-sales webinars tailored to customer and sales needs.
• Present live pre-sales customer sessions for large revenue accounts.
• Create videos for sales opportunities in collaboration with AEs and ASDs.
• Conduct Getting Started trainings supporting Services partners.
• Partner with Account Executives during customer conversations to explore solutions and recommend programs and services.
• Learn content areas such as math and science as needed.
• Navigate Salesforce, Outlook, evaluations, and reports.
• Understand assigned disciplines, including core, supplemental, and intervention products, along with related technology.
• Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and transfer knowledge to sales and post-sales activities.
• Assist in customizing sales messages considering customer needs, campaign issues, and market trends.
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to highlight strengths and align with market and curriculum trends.
• Use knowledge of competitors’ products to improve positioning.
• Communicate customer needs to team members to capitalize on sales opportunities.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree minimum; Graduate Degree preferred
• Bilingual skills appreciated but not required
• Five years of K-5 teaching experience preferred
• Math background is a plus
• Engaging presentation skills
• Digital literacy with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and related tech
• Highly organized with the ability to translate strategies into results.
• Work from home, irregular hours including weekends, and extensive travel (up to 70%), both within and outside the region.
• Must reside near a major airport
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Stationary position for extended periods (sitting and/or standing).
