Faith Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Marketing Communications Content Specialist I to support internal and external communications. You will produce clear, engaging content across established channels under the guidance of the Communication Strategy Managers and senior team members, focusing on strong writing, editing and storytelling skills while applying the brand voice and messaging standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Communication Strategy Manager and content partners to develop content concepts, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives along with timelines and expectations.
• Develops original content across platforms, applying creativity and judgement including the team member portal, video, email, app, presentations, training materials, website, collateral and social media, while following established direction and messaging guidance.
• Applies FTI brand voice, tone and content standards consistently across all written materials.
• Edits content for clarity, accuracy, grammar and alignment to audience and channel requirements.
• Contributes creative ideas, research, and draft content that enhances audience engagement and understanding.
• Adapts content to reflect the voice and perspective of the author or subject‑matter expert while maintaining brand standards.
• Incorporates feedback from senior content team members to improve quality, consistency and effectiveness.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
