Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Content Specialist I to support internal and external communication initiatives. You will produce clear, accurate content across FTI’s channels, writing and editing to uphold brand voice and storytelling standards under guidance from senior team members.

You will contribute to reliable, high-quality execution and grow capabilities through collaboration and hands-on experience across multiple formats and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing.
• Construction, manufacturing or energy industry experience is a plus or equivalent experience.
• Travel: 5-10%
• Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Communication Strategy Manager to develop content concepts, messaging frameworks and campaign narratives with timelines.
• Develops original content across platforms including team member portal, video, email, app, presentations, training materials, website, collateral and social media.
• Applies brand voice, tone and content standards consistently across materials.
• Edits content for clarity, accuracy, grammar and audience alignment.
• Contributes ideas, research and draft content to enhance engagement.
• Adapts content to reflect author voice while maintaining brand standards.
• Incorporates feedback from senior content team to improve quality and consistency.
• Performs related duties as required.
