Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to life across social and digital ads. You’ll shoot and edit original content on-site and help shape a calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn under the Marketing Manager’s guidance.

The role suits someone early in their career who loves storytelling, trends, and turning everyday moments into engaging content, with opportunities to grow skills in editing software and ad platforms.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or related internship/freelance background.
• Outgoing and camera-comfortable: not afraid to be on camera or approach people to capture content.
• Proactive self-starter: able to spot content opportunities and manage your own workflow.
• Comfortable with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, and/or Canva.
• Knowledge of best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture original photo and video content on-site (events, behind-the-scenes, team, product, customers).
• Edit photos and videos into polished, platform-ready content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts, carousels).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across channels.
• Stay on top of platform trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate on content calendar across platforms with the Marketing Manager.
• Schedule, publish content, and monitor engagement.
