The role suits a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience, offering growth in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience, including internships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Coordinate production, filming, and editing of video content for social media.
• Support execution of company-wide marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with departments on marketing projects and campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across all channels.
• Assist with managing HubSpot and Mailchimp platforms.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through internal communications, newsletters, and events.
• Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.
