Job summary

Steph Crawford Group | Real Broker MA, LLC in Boston seeks a part-time, paid Content & Social Media Intern. You will shoot with Steph, edit, and publish weekly videos under the SCG name across social platforms.

You will handle on-camera interviews, short-form edits, and publishing tasks, while maintaining a simple content calendar and a strong sense of real estate, design, and Boston lifestyle content.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Boston-area college or university.
• You already shoot and edit video, on a phone or a camera, and you can show us.
• Comfortable on the other side of a camera pointed at someone else, and comfortable directing them a little.
• A real feel for Instagram and TikTok, what performs and why.
• Reliable and self-directed. You will be handed a goal, not a script.
• Bonus: Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or a strong editing app of your choice.
• Interest in real estate, design, or Boston itself is a plus. No experience in real estate required.

Responsibilities

• Shoot weekly video with Steph. We hold a standing shooting block on Wednesday midday.
• Edit that footage into short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Publish and schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and the SCG website.
• Capture property content when listings go live or go under contract.
• Shoot lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content around Boston neighborhoods.
• Keep a simple content calendar so we stay consistent.

Content & Social Media Intern (Part-Time, Paid) Steph Crawford Group | Real Broker MA, LLC Boston, MA (South End based, shooting around the city) About us

Steph Crawford Group is a luxury real estate team working across Boston's urban core and the surrounding suburbs. We help people buy and sell homes in the South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South Boston, Seaport, Newton, Brookline, Wellesley and beyond. We are a small, fast-moving team and you will work directly with the founder.

The role

We are hiring one Boston-area college student to own our video content start to finish. You will shoot with Steph, edit, and publish. Not a coffee-run internship. You will be the person behind the camera and behind the edit, and your work goes out under the SCG name every week.

The details

• Hours: 6 to 8 per week
• Pay: $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
• Term: September through May
• Location: Hybrid. Shooting is in person around Boston. Editing is on your own time.
