Job description

Paradigm Digital Group is seeking a Content SEO Strategist to join our team in Fishers, IN. This position is NOT REMOTE or a HYBRID role. This role requires 3-5 years of experience and offers an opportunity for growth into other roles as natural progressions. You will work with an experienced team of digital marketers, video content producers, and management.

Our Content SEO Strategist owns the content strategy and on-page SEO that drives organic growth across client websites and owned channels. This role blends editorial excellence (voice, story, UX copy) with search strategy (keywords, intent, metadata, internal linking, editorial calendars) and AI-accelerated production. This role must possess excellent writing skills for creating content across multiple platforms. Partners closely with the Technical SEO Specialist (who owns site health/CWV/schema/robots), the Digital Brand & Design Specialist, Social SEO Manager, and Video Content Creation.

This role is not just a job, it's a highly collaborative position that will make you an integral part of our team. You will work directly with the CMO. The salary range is determined based on relevant experience, with a preference for a minimum of three (3) years producing and writing content. You will be handling bi-weekly client meetings across ~10 clients and responsible for the monthly content and coordination with other supporting roles. Hence, client service skills are a must!
