Job description

Overview

Anchour is hiring a Content Production Specialist to support both website content implementation and retention marketing efforts across email and SMS. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, comfort working in content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Webflow, and hands-on experience building campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Attentive.

In most cases, this role will involve executing from existing designs and direction provided by our creative team. However, the ideal candidate should also bring a sense of creative judgment and flexibility. They should be able to build straightforward pages, emails, or content blocks independently when needed, while maintaining consistency with brand standards. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role that plays a critical part in bringing content and campaigns to life across digital touchpoints.

What You'll Do
  • Website Production and Content Migration

    • Add, format, and update web content across WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and Webflow
    • Build out new pages and sections using existing components or templates
    • Use approved design files and creative direction to implement content accurately
    • Make informed layout or styling decisions when building pages or emails without formal mockups
    • Migrate and QA content for new website launches and ongoing updates
    • Format and publish blogs, images, and product content in alignment with brand standards
    • Make light copy edits and content adjustments when needed
  • Email and SMS Execution

  • Build, test, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other platforms

  • Support the setup of automated flows such as welcome, cart abandonment, and post-purchase sequences

  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to prepare assets and ensure brand alignment

  • Use customer segments to target the right audiences and schedule messages appropriately

  • Assist with deliverability QA and cross-device testing

  • Support and Optimization

    • Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
    • QA web and email content before going live to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Maintain content calendars and trackers to support marketing and web efforts
    • Conduct light research on retention trends, tools, and competitors as needed
    • Support survey and feedback collection through forms or email
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, web production, or related roles
  • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or Webflow
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Attentive
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow content and brand guidelines
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Clear written communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Bonus: Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or Liquid templating
