Job summary

Sloane Strategy seeks a Content & Production Manager to own the agency’s content production from pre-production to delivery. You will lead client shoots weekly in the DMV area, manage planning, equipment, and post-production, and craft photography and video for social campaigns.

The role spans organic social, paid media, strategy, and operations, requiring a cross-functional mindset and strong storytelling with a social-first approach. Flexibility to travel within the DMV is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant professional experience in content production, social media, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute content shoots from pre-production to final delivery.
• Lead 1–2 client shoots per week in the DMV area.
• Manage pre-production planning, shot lists, equipment, and post-production.
• Capture photography and video across varied environments and lighting.
