Job Title: Social Media Content Producer (Contract)

Type: Freelance, 40 hrs/week

Length: 6-month contract, with potential to extend

Location: Remote (must work Pacific Time hours)

Compensation: Up to $33/hr

We’re looking for a creative, execution-minded Social Media Content Producer to support a global tech brand’s social media team by filming, editing, and designing engaging content across platforms. You’ll bring ideas to life through short-form video, motion, and static content—capturing cultural moments and executing across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Film and edit short-form videos — often of yourself — for social platforms (TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn)

• Design scroll-stopping visuals (posts, motion graphics, etc.) to support brand campaigns

• Brainstorm and develop social-first content ideas in collaboration with the team

• Stay sharp on social trends and apply them in timely, creative ways

• Align all content with brand tone, creative standards, and platform specs

• Manage quick-turnaround asset delivery across multiple social channels

• Handle day-to-day publishing to ensure content goes live on time

Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)

• 1–3 years of experience creating digital/social-first content

• Comfortable filming and appearing on camera

• Skilled in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, etc.)

• Strong design skills, especially in Figma

• Excellent writing and storytelling instincts

• Demonstrated content creation across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts

• Solid understanding of platform features, trends, and creative strategy

• Able to work Pacific Time hours in a Virtual First environment

You’ll Stand Out If You…

• Have experience creating social-first content for tech or B2B brands

• Are obsessed with social trends, creators, and viral content mechanics

• Are familiar with Airtable or similar tools for workflow and asset management

This is a 40-hour/week, 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs — not guaranteed.
