ADP is seeking a Content Producer to develop compelling content that combines strong visual design, storytelling, and writing skills for a centralized content engine.

This role will create content across social media, thought leadership, executive communications, brand campaigns, performance marketing, product storytelling, and content franchises. The Content Creator will transform ideas, research, and business priorities into engaging content experiences by writing copy, designing visual assets, and adapting content for multiple channels and audiences.

Success in this role means ADP can produce more high-quality content, more efficiently, while maintaining a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

• Develop content concepts, storylines, social posts, campaign assets, thought leadership pieces, and executive communications.
• Write compelling copy for social media, digital campaigns, video scripts, articles, newsletters, presentations, and content franchises.
• Transform complex business, HR, payroll, workforce, and technology topics into clear and engaging stories.
• Adapt content across multiple formats, platforms, and audience segments.

Visual Content Development

• Create social graphics, carousels, thumbnails, quote cards, infographics, presentation visuals, paid media assets, and campaign extensions.
• Design visual content that supports videos, social campaigns, product launches, executive visibility, and thought leadership programs.
• Develop visual assets that enhance storytelling and improve audience engagement.
• Ensure all content is optimized for digital and mobile-first consumption.

Content Repurposing & Distribution

• Convert long-form content into social posts, visual summaries, infographics, video-support materials, presentations, and campaign assets.
• Create multiple content variations tailored by audience, channel, industry, and business objective.
• Support content franchises and recurring programs with scalable asset creation.
• Maximize content value through efficient repurposing and distribution.

Creative Collaboration

• Partner with Creative Directors, Content Producers, Strategists, Video Editors, and subject matter experts to bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate on campaign development, creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and content plans.
• Support rapid-turn content needs for social moments, business priorities, and executive communications.
• Contribute ideas on emerging content formats, creative trends, and audience engagement strategies.

Brand Quality & Optimization

• Ensure all content reflects ADP's brand voice, visual identity, accessibility standards, and content guidelines.
• Use performance insights and audience data to improve content effectiveness.
• Stay current on social media trends, content best practices, platform innovations, and AI-enabled content tools.
• Balance creativity, quality, consistency, and speed across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, social media, content marketing, communications, journalism, or brand storytelling.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both writing and visual content creation capabilities.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple content formats.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar creative tools.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, blogs, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform-specific content best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, enterprise technology, HCM, payroll, HR technology, financial services, or professional services.
• Experience writing executive thought leadership and brand storytelling content.
• Basic video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia content experience.
• Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, and AI-assisted content creation tools.
• Experience building scalable content systems and content franchises.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content design practices.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $99,600.00 - USD $185,800.00 / Year*

• Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
