Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Content & PR Specialist to help elevate our brand, amplify our content creation, and support our public relations efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high‑quality content, managing content initiatives, and supporting PR tasks. You will play a key part in shaping and maintaining our brand voice across various marketing and media channels. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting compelling content for a variety of platforms, from social media to PR activities and media placements. Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Create, produce, and manage a diverse range of content, including blog posts, simple videos, press releases, case studies, product collaterals, white papers, social media posts, website content, and more to showcase our solutions and position us as leaders in the QSR industry.
  • Content for Multimedia: Develop engaging content for webinars, podcasts, livestreams, contests, testimonials, and short‑form videos to enhance brand awareness and effectively promote our solutions to our audience.
  • Public Relations: Draft and distribute press releases, pitch stories to reporters, and assist in maintaining media relationships to increase brand visibility.
  • Social Media Engagement: Grow our presence on social media platforms, create engaging posts, and foster meaningful relationships with our audience and customers.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage content schedules to ensure timely publication and alignment with broader campaigns and business objectives.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance online visibility.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to gather insights and create relevant, customer‑focused content that speaks to the needs of our target audience.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging content marketing techniques to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners to produce high‑quality content as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content creation, public relations, or related fields, with a strong portfolio of work examples.
  • Media Skills: Experience with multimedia content creation (video, podcasting, webinars), familiarity with content distribution platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp), and PR experience.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong design talent for a range of media, including web, print, and social media platforms.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an attention to detail. Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for engagement and audience growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to create SEO‑optimized content and work with content management systems (CMS).
  • Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively with various teams (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this position is approximately $65,000 – $98,000 annually + equity + benefits. Other benefits to U.S.-based employees include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program, and paid time off (PTO). To learn more, visit: www.presto.com.
