Job summary

Luxer One is seeking a content and PR leader to shape how the world sees Luxer One and Luxer Access. You will own editorial and PR, writing SEO-driven blog content and guiding a PR agency to secure media placements.

You will run email campaigns and collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure content earns its place in search and inboxes. The role emphasizes high ownership, press-ready media kits, and a clear path to advancing across content, PR, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in content, PR, or marketing coordination.
• Portfolio of published content, press materials, or emails.
• Experience briefing and tracking pitches with a PR agency.
• Familiarity with email platforms (Cordial, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword strategy.
• Experience with Google Workspace and CMS; Zoho CRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish SEO-driven blog content for Luxer One and Luxer Access.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing on content strategy and keyword targeting.
• Manage PR agency partner, set priorities, review pitches, track placements.
• Serve as internal point of contact for PR across Luxer One and Luxer Access.
• Develop and maintain media kits for Luxer One and Luxer Access.
• Build and manage email and drip campaigns for multifamily and ARR audiences.
• Track and report content and PR performance.
