  • We’re currently working with some pretty amazing brands: Famous Footwear, UMG, Zenni Optical, KISS, Lenox, Sam’s Club, ROAR Organic, Nestlé, Honest Co., and Hershey just to name a few.

About The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and content-savvy Content Performance Analyst to help us uncover what makes social content work — across influencer and paid efforts. This role is for someone who loves diving into performance metrics, watching content with an analytical eye, and building out clear, compelling narratives backed by data.

You’ll work closely with our organic social, paid social, product, creative and analytics teams to bridge the gap between numbers and creative. Your insights will directly inform our creative strategies, tagging frameworks, and future content development.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze organic social performance across Meta, TikTok, and Twitter/X to identify high-performing content and extract learnings. We want to understand the “why” behind the performance so we can replicate it.
  • Support paid social analysis as needed, identifying winning content and creative strategies across platforms.
  • Review influencer-generated content to understand what’s resonating and why — turning subjective content into actionable insights.
  • Maintain and evolve our content tagging database, suggesting new tags based on trends and performance patterns.
  • Collaborate with AI tools and internal teams to improve tagging accuracy and coverage, helping automate where possible.
  • Partner with our Tableau specialist to visualize content and campaign performance in impactful ways.
  • Create charts, decks, and data-driven storytelling slides that make performance insights digestible and actionable for both creative and leadership teams.
  • Synthesize key metrics like CTR, VTR, VCR, Engagement Rates into a cohesive narrative that explains content performance and consumer journey.

About You

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in social analytics, content strategy, or a related field.
  • You’re fluent in performance metrics and know how to turn data into insights (and insights into slides)
  • You’ve got a keen eye for content — you know what makes a good hook, strong narrative, or viral moment.
  • You’re comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and AI tools.
  • You’re a great communicator who can tell a clear story backed by data.
  • Must have experience with influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, or creative testing.

  • Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, Coda
  • Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X Analytics
