Job Description

The Stock Team is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Content Outreach Associate to support the Stock marketplace. As a member of the Stock Content team, your primary objectives are to help grow and maintain our client's community of contributors in Brazil and LATAM, or in Portuguese and Spanish languages, and to drive the specifications, acquisition, and quality control of our growing collection of creative design media and templates for Adobe Express. You will coordinate with contributors, assist in onboarding their content, and evaluate assets for quality, artistic merit, technical execution, and adherence to our standards.

• Identify new and suitable designers based on aesthetic guidelines; collaborate on approval and feedback processes.
• Outreach and onboard new designers/contributors, providing submission guidance and technical training.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with contributors by coordinating the submission process and providing feedback and education.
• Manage contracts, terms, and program budgets on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in developing content review processes, educational materials, creative briefs, and improving production efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the project.

What you need to succeed:

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in digital production design, artist outreach, community management or similar
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – specifically Adobe Express, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
• Experience with contracts and payment workflows
• Strong foundation in post-production best practices, including technical skills and evaluation abilities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a love of process and meticulous design execution
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with excellent communication skills
• Awareness of current visual and design trends
• Experience in content production is a plus
