J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's Content team is seeking a Content Associate to power a newsroom-style operation delivering timely market insights and education to clients and the public.

You will manage workflows, coordinate with editorial, marketing, product, technology, and communications, and distribute content across web, SEO, email, newsletters, and advisor communications. Ensure accuracy, on-time publishing, and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years newsroom, communications, business news media, or marketing experience.
• Strong project management and attention to detail with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use data and metrics to inform content decisions.

Responsibilities

• Distribute multimedia content across web, emails, newsletters, and related communications.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver content quickly and at high velocity.
• Develop and optimize workflows to improve content delivery across channels.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and controls teams to meet requirements.
• Leverage materials from across JP Morgan lines of business to deliver timely content.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
